The Irish Shorthorn Society in conjunction with ABP are launching a new Shorthorn Beef Scheme at Tullamore Show on Sunday August 14th 2016. This is a really exciting new departure for the Shorthorn breed in Ireland. On the day renowned Tipperary Rubgy player Denis Leamy will officially launch the scheme at the Shorthorn stand adjacent to the ABP stand at 10.30am. This scheme follows in the foot steps of similar successful scheme internationally in Canada, UK and Australia. We hope as may of our Shorthorn breeders as possible can visit us on the day.
