Fees
Please Note:
- Membership must be paid before any animal can be registered.
- Membership is deemed to be lapsed if two full years’ subscriptions remain outstanding.
- All lapsed members must re-apply for membership, pay for re-issue of herd prefix if still available if they wish to become members again.
- All animals must be genotyped prior to registration from 1st of January 2024.
- All payments to be made before certificates are sent by An Post.
- Zootechnical certificates requiring change of ownership details should be returned to the Society office and a new cert will be issued with updated details.
- Where an animal has not been registered by the original breeder prior to sale, and the new owner seeks to register the animal using the breeder’s herd prefix (with the breeder’s permission form), the registration shall be treated as a movement registration. The applicable movement registration fee will apply regardless of whether the breeder grants prefix permission.
